I have over 20 years experience and knowledge within the Jewellery industry where I began my career as an apprentice diamond setter, moving through various large and small well known retailers. I have a great interpersonal skills relationships with suppliers and other key figures within the jewellery industry in London, Birmingham, Europe, Dubai and Worldwide.

I co-founded DT jewellery, an independent jewellery company that specialises in custom made diamond jewellery. Attending to clients on a one-to-one basis instilling confidence in their purchase, ensuring that their personal specifications are met. Building lasting relationships with clients, making the jewellery purchase experience one to be treasured. Saving customers time, money and energy whilst providing a unique product.

DT have had active involvement in local community outreach programmes including employing apprentices and sponsoring the Rudolph Walker Foundation Inter Schools Drama Awards since 2011

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in buying investment gold & diamonds and can also advise and guide clients on these for inheritance and generational wealth purposes.

I have been coaching and managing teams and players for the last decade in the Midlands and London, coaching and managing under 14s girls teams, under 18s, women’s reserves, men under 23s and women first teams.

My coaching and managerial methods are structured to work with individual players or teams. When it comes to coaching finding the strengths In players and teamwork to get the best possible results and success. I have a clear vision on technical skills, game awareness and fitness for all players I’ve worked with and coached over the years.

With my experience and knowledge with business development and management I can build new squads or rekindle the fire in existing squads.

I believe in creating a fun hardworking environment for all ensuring targets and objectives are met with the right direction with a high level of commitment and competitiveness, whether in training or match days.

I also believe in sticking to principles that have been set from the get go and never take any level for granted.

Coaching & Mentoring

In 2009 i begun mentoring for the Bright Ideas Trust - A charity ​that supports and helps young people age 16 - 30 that have not ​had the same chances and support as the rest of society to start ​there own business.

I worked along Tim Campbell mentoring and supporting people ​from disadvantage backgrounds, helping them to create and start ​their businesses successfully in all aspects.

Since 2019 i have been mentoring with Holler, an organisation that ​aims to inspire the next generation by provides inspirational ​people (Inspirers) who share their story with young people in local ​schools. The Inspirers are from all walks of life and different ​industries. Their stories provoke inspiration amongst all who hear. ​Holler also delivers bespoke workshops in schools to prepare ​young people for the journey of life, some of the topics we cover ​are mental health and wellbeing, celebrating black history, ​reducing risks, health and unhealthy relationships and success ​and aspirations.

The aim of all of our workshops and schemes of work are to teach ​students life skills and education that is lacking in schools today ​that they need for when they enter the world of work and ​adulthood. What we hope to achieve by our workshops is to ​change students' lives and perspectives. To uplift and inspire ​them and teach them that no matter what life throws at them, they ​have the ability to succeed, thrive and achieve.
